Code of conduct and Communication Advisor
Code of conduct
It is important for everyone who works with children and young people to be aware of their duties and responsibilities. This code of conduct applies to all staff and volunteers of Æskulýðsvettvangurinn (the Icelandic Youth Work Platform). Anyone who breaches the code may be dismissed, temporarily or permanently.
Communication Advisor
Bullying, harassment and violence of any kind are not tolerated in organised sports or youth work. The aim of the Communication Advisor is to help ensure that this work takes place in a safe environment and that people can seek help or stand up for their rights without fear of the consequences.
